The beds were super comfy, and I loved that the hotel is just a short walk from the MRT station and the Shilin night market. The staff was friendly and even let me check in early after my red-eye flight. Plus, I enjoyed the delicious tea and coffee provided in the room each day!

On the downside, the management wasn’t as accommodating with late check-outs, and I found some of their policies a bit rigid. The lift service could be slow at times, and I faced a minor issue with the reception staff over a request. though, the experience was still decent.

The hot pool spa was affordable and not crowded. Although the location was a bit far from the MRT and the room was small, overall I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

As backpackers, we loved that the location of the hotel was just minutes away from the famous Shilin Night Market. the clean facilities and comfortable beds made us feel right at home. the laundry facilities on the R floor were a huge convenience for us, especially after coming from a previous stay with lots of wet clothes. the staff were attentive and spoke excellent English, always ready to assist us. We also enjoyed the modern and clean spa, which was definitely worth the visit, even with the $200 NT fee.
